The electronic Permit to Bring-In System (ePBIS) facilitates the application and approval to bring-in goods and articles into the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) & Authority of the Freeport Areas of Bataan (AFAB) by its freeport enterprises for training, company use, and return-to-source goods like sub-contracting completed or defective items.
The electronic Permit to Bring-Out (ePBOS) facilitates the application and approval to bring-out goods and articles out of CDC & AFAB by its freeport enterprises for local sales, constructive exports, hazardous/ non-hazardous scrap wastes, return-to-source, and temporary transfers for Customs-Bonded and Non-Customs-Bonded Warehouses.
