ACCEED allows freight forwarders and brokers to perform large uploads of e-manifests. These are then used as the basis of informal entry declarations. Through ACCEED, users can update details and check for discrepancies in the e-manifests easily. The system is also interfaced with the Customs VASP System and, once everything is set, users can send their e-manifests to the Customs VASP System with ease

Automatic conversion of excel file to XML that conforms to the BOC BOL
Interface with e-Konek’s VASP for the automatic submission to BOC’s e2M electronic manifest system.
Automatic grouping of up to 10 house bills of lading into one Customs entry and gatepass where the declared value is USD200.00 or less.
System-generated assignment of Customs entry number (if BOC will issue the series numbers) and gatepass following the BOC entry number series for deminimis transactions.
Automatic capture of consignee and broker details from pre-alert data as well as the capture of registry number from e-Manifest data as shown in the Customs entry details.
Provision of audit trail logs for the actions being done within the system by designated users.
