e-Manifest System (eMS)

The eMS provides advance information of cargo destined to the Philippines and, in this way, allows the BOC to assess if there may be smuggling involved. Airlines and shipping lines submits the Inward Foreign Manifest (IFM), while NVOCCs, cargo consolidators, co-loaders, and breakbulk agents use the Consolidated Cargo Manifests (CCM). As mandated by the BOC, transmission of this data is done through an accredited VASP like e-Konek.
