Gatepass Management System (GMS)
The Gatepass Management System (GMS) enables the processing of gate passes for imported items that will leave the security of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. This system employs bar code technology and only permits authentic gate passes. It also checks if fees, duties and taxes, and charges have been paid before the imported items are allowed to leave the premises of the freeport.
